After performing isometric strengthening exercises for several weeks, include dynamic resistance exercises to the rehabilitation program. The physiotherapy exercises help muscle flexibility and maintain regular ROM. Always stretch before and after exercises to keep the muscle warm. A physician regularly recommends physiotherapy exercises to help circulation and prevent blood clots.
